Pearl Jam make their live debut when they play at the Off Ramp venue in Seattle. Since then, they’ve sold some 85m albums worldwide as well being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.

Chicago begin a two-week residency at the top of the US charts with ‘If You Leave Me Now’. A global smash hit, it also hit No. 1 in the UK and goes on to nab the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Performance.
